What we do

Last week you measured the OrbitTasks pipeline. This week we diagnose it, together, live in the session. You'll learn two industry techniques (the 5 Whys and fishbone diagrams) and we apply them to the bottlenecks we found.

1. We read your baseline.log and rank pipeline stages by duration.
2. We apply 5 Whys to your three biggest bottlenecks until we reach a process root cause.
3. We prioritize fixes using an impact/effort matrix.
