2. Profiling & Root Cause. Rank the bottlenecks and trace them to their causes.
3. CI/CD Pipeline. Build and optimize a GitHub Actions pipeline.
4. Developer Experience. Fix the friction a new developer hits on day one.
5. AI-Assisted Development. Use AI to refactor, test, and document, then evaluate what it gets wrong.
6. Experimentation & Metrics. Define success metrics and prove your improvements.
7. Standards & AI Debt. Set practical guardrails and enforce one of them.
8. Final Proposal. Present the before/after and defend your decisions.

Bring a laptop with Node 20 and a clone of the OrbitTasks repo.
