Eight workshops. You play the platform engineer at OrbitTasks: measure the pipeline, find the bottlenecks, and ship real improvements. Each page has its objectives, the in-session worksheet, and any starter files.

1. Baseline Measurement. Map the delivery workflow and record where the time goes.
2. Profiling & Root Cause. Rank the bottlenecks and trace them to their causes.
3. CI/CD Pipeline. Build and optimize a GitHub Actions pipeline.
4. 🔒 Developer Experience. Fix the friction a new developer hits on day one. (unlocks later in the course)
5. 🔒 AI-Assisted Development. Use AI to refactor, test, and document, then evaluate what it gets wrong. (unlocks later in the course)
6. 🔒 Experimentation & Metrics. Define success metrics and prove your improvements. (unlocks later in the course)
7. 🔒 Standards & AI Debt. Set practical guardrails and enforce one of them. (unlocks later in the course)
8. 🔒 Final Proposal. Present the before/after and defend your decisions. (unlocks later in the course)
