What you'll work on ​

OrbitTasks is a lightweight project-management SaaS with a deliberately slow, flaky delivery pipeline. Over eight workshops you'll measure it, find the bottlenecks, and ship real improvements, leaving with a portfolio-ready before/after.

Each workshop page has its objectives, the in-session worksheet, and any starter files you'll need. Bring a laptop with Node 20 and a clone of the OrbitTasks repo.
